Location Our villa is situated in the Hampton Lakes Community of Davenport. Hampton Lakes is a prestigious community, which is mainly vacation homes, where guests can take advantage of the children's play area, tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball area and it's own community swimming pool all of which are maintained to a high standard. Hampton Lakes is situated on highway 27 just south off the 192 and therefore is in an ideal position for easy access to all the attractions. Our single storey villa has three bedrooms and a private pool. Our villa is mainly open plan, carpeted and fully air-conditioned. Bedroom one has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite with separate bath and shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, built in wardrobe. Bedroom three is a twin bedded room, with a double built in wardrobe. Family bathroom Lounge/dining area, lounge has cable TV and video, dining area seats six people comfortably. Family room overlooks the pool, this room has cable TV, portable cd/cassette player. Kitchen, which is fully equipped and also has a breakfast and utility area. Private pool and deck, four sun lounges, table and four chairs. |
